Renting to local with traspaso means that the type of the business has to be the same(for example: rent a place with traspaso ,what operated as a restaurant has to continue as a restaurant or the place could be functioning as an art gallery or clothes store...) ? If I rent a place with traspaso what includes licence,will I be able to sell the licence if I dont need it? If I dont need equipments from the rented place,the landlord has to move/sell it? I am sorry if my english,maybe try to explain with an example,so it could be more clear.. I would like to open an art gallery with some backyard..I saw a place what I adore,operated as a restaurant with lots of equipments.There is only traspaso possibility...Will I be able to get a place(of course depend on many things) and create an art gallery,or the place can be used only for restaurant?
