I have two small children and need a fully equipped flat of about 90 square meters in the north part of Jerez with nearby shops, a park suitable for small children, a state kindergarden, a swimmingpool. It should have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a terrace. I would prefer a flat on the lower floor (up to the third) , with an elevator, air-conditionig, wooden floor, beds with mattresses that can be removed and changed easily, central heating. I can reconsider flats that can be rented for 300-500 euros per month.
