If the price is 600 euros, and in the flat there are 2 rooms, and we are 2 girls we should pay 300 euros for each of us, or 600 euros?

You should ask the person who is renting the place. Usually the ads include the price for the entire flat.
It is 600€ in total. But you should have into account that in Spain bills (electricity, water, gas and hitting) are usually not included in the price.

This is the entire price for the flat, if you want to rent this flat along with your friend you will pay 300€ and also your friend.
For example, my flat costs 650€ per month, we are two people (my boyfriend and I) and we just pay this money (my boyfriend gives me 325€ monthly and I pay to my owner the total amount of 650€).
