I want to rent an apartment (2 bedrooms) for at least 8 months ( it can be extended to 1 year) near the sea side,preferable the Valencia / Castellon / Barcelona area. I've been looking over the rentals you have here and i really like the offers. But i have several issues. I don't know the state regulations regarding rentals, what do i have to do/ sign / pay / legal papers etc. I would really apreciate some tips and advice, or own experiences from people that are in my situation.
I want to rent a 2 bedroom apartment/ house for me and my husband (close to the sea side), with one of the bedrooms empty or preferable made into an office. We have an online small company and i need an office and fast internet access.
Can I make a contract with an internet provider on my name, taking the fact that i'm a non resident citisen of Spain / Schengen space?

hello,sorry but i do not speak english very well.i am spanish and i am having problems with the owner of my flat and i do not why, because i pay everything,maybe is the crisis we have,who knows.if i were you i will look to find a person you trust and who can speak spanish and your language,and if you need an attorney,better, those services are not expensive here and they can resolve you a problem.do not sign anything you do not understand,do not trust in anybody or agency if they do not give you a paper to sign that you can understand and must be clear for you.maybe if you rent, you have to ask for an inssuarance for your apartment to avoid problems,for example:you have water in all your flat because something is break.if you have it you do not have to pay for what is wrong,but better you ask because there are to many differents kinds of inssuarance.do not believe in words,everyting writting in a contract.well,bye and good luck!!
