Tiene una extensión de 14.042,3 k2 y cerca de dos millones de habitantes, es la quinta provincia más poblada de España y la primera de Andalucía. Barrio de Santa Cruz: es uno de los barrios más populares de Sevilla quizá porque todavía conserva las típicas casas-patio sevillanas repletas de plantas y flores. Está justo en el centro de la ciudad, limita al oeste con el entorno de la Catedral de Sevilla, al sur con los jardines del Alcázar, al este con los Jardines de Murillo y al norte con la calle Santa María la Blanca. Es tu barrio si te gusta vivir en una zona repleta de plazuelas y callejones que se llenan de turistas.
Macarena: es el nombre de uno de los once distritos de Sevilla y dentro de él conviven barrios más pequeños pero todos unidos por una pasión: la Semana Santa Sevillana. Allí está la Hermandad de la Macarena, La Hiniesta, La Amargura, Los Javieres, El Carmen Doloroso, el Monte-Sión, La Trinidad y La Resurección. Es un distrito con unas raíces de clase trabajadora y un fuerte carácter local, por lo que puedes escoger barrio por aquí si te gusta salir a la calle y conocer a tus vecinos.
Triana: aunque técnicamente está fuera del centro histórico, se le considera parte del casco antiguo. También da nombre a un distrito que encierra estos barrios: Triana Casco Antiguo, Barrio León, El Tardón-El Carmen, Triana Este y Triana Oeste. Ha sido tradicionalmente un barrio de marineros, obreros, alfareros e industriales y también famoso por sus toreros, cantaores y bailaores de flamenco. Aquí también se celebra intensamente la Semana Santa Sevillana y es el hogar de seis hermandades muy populares en Sevilla, Pasión y Muerte, La Estrella, San Gonzalo, Esperanza de Triana, El Cachorro y La O. Triana es tu barrio o distrito para vivir si te gusta vivir conviviendo con la historia.
Palmeras-Bellavista: es uno de los distritos por donde ha crecido Sevilla con edificios residenciales. Es una zona alejada si no tienes coche, pero si tienes coche está muy bien comunicada con la autopista y la avenida de las Palmeras. Un buen barrio para vivir con la familia.
