Includes: ? Rental contract in Catalan (contractual language) The contract is drafted and signed exclusively in Catalan. Signing takes place with all tenants and guarentors at our office. ? Communication in Catalan throughout the stay All administrative and contractual communications are conducted exclusively in Catalan. ? Written inventory A descriptive inventory of the furniture and equipment in the property. ? Security deposit in accordance with the law The deposit is returned within the legally established timeframe. Any deductions are justified with official invoices or receipts. No mediation service or detailed explanations are included. ? Communication by email Assistance for non-urgent matters is provided exclusively by email, in Catalan. ? Emergency assistance only Intervention is limited to urgent incidents affecting safety or habitability (e.g. serious water leaks, electrical hazards, fire risks). ?? Utilities & Services (Tenant Responsibility) ?
