Preference for teachers and/or staff. This is the first time it will be rented. This has never been done before (for work-related reasons). A payroll and permanent employment contract are required. Non-payment insurance is available between the parties. Upon signing the contract, a two-month deposit is required, as well as the first installment for the month of September.
