On the upper floor you will find a large living room that offers magnificent views of the living room of Villa Olimpia. On this floor there are also three luxury double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes, with stunning sea views and access to the terrace. The third bedroom also has a relaxing bathtub with views. There is also an office area with a printer and a separate laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer and an elevator that operates on all three floors. An impressive marble staircase leads to the living room and dining room of the villa, where luxury and views are omnipresent. The open-plan space offers comfortable seating with high-quality visual and audio equipment for optimal viewing pleasure. The dining room connects with the living room and the kitchen and has a large family table. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, including oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. The fourth bedroom on the second floor is the master bedroom and the only bedroom on this floor. A beautiful and spacious room with a spectacular private bathroom with two sinks, walk-in shower and bathtub. The spacious living/dining room enjoys beautiful windows with sliding doors to the terrace and a private pool (12x3) with beautiful sea views. The large terrace has eight sun loungers with side tables, two comfortable beds chez longue, a beautiful living room and a large table with 10 chairs. The (gas) barbecue is also located here. At night, all the terraces and the pool are illuminated, giving the villa an impressive character and allowing you to enjoy pleasant summer evenings outdoors. On the ground floor there is a very spacious gym with the best equipment to keep you in shape during your vacation. Next to the gym there is a separate bathroom with shower and toilet for after exercise. For your convenience, there are a total of 4 open parking spaces, two of which are at the top of the villa at street level and two in the driveway, all within the plot and behind the double gate. An extra charge of 500 per reservation for final cleaning and a minimum stay of three nights, except July and August, where the minimum stay is one week, and the arrival day is Saturday. We also offer an intermediate cleaning and change of linen for weekly stays or more. The villa is accessed through a double door to ensure privacy and security.
