We rent houses with two bedrooms, a bathroom, air conditioning, fireplace, porch and fully equipped. Ideal for spending a holiday in the middle of nature less than half an hour from the beach. Requirements for rent: Solvency study of the tenant, contract, one month deposit, one month of incoming rent and rental insurance. Expenses: Electricity, water, gas, rubbish, etc. (payments are made in the name of the tenant) Includes home insurance, IBI and community.
