The villa has approximately 500 m2 of living space and a 2,000 m2 plot. It is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a single bedroom with a queen-size bed and a separate bathroom. It also has a pleasant living room with a television and a small kitchen. This floor is at the same level as the pool and barbecue area, as well as a summer dining area, sun lounger area, and a large, beautiful garden.
The middle floor consists of an interior living-dining room and two terraces, a small one ideal for breakfast in the sun, and another with two areas: one shaded for dining and the other with sofas in the sun with incredible views of Jávea's popular Montgó mountain. This floor also houses the kitchen, another bedroom, and a bathroom.
On the upper floor is the most distinctive room in the entire house. Would you like to sleep stargazing? The spacious bedroom and bathroom boast large windows offering spectacular views of the mountains and the sunrise, and at night, the starry sky from your bed.
