The rates shall vary according to the booking date, the arrival date, length of the stay, type of Apartment (studio, two bedrooms, etc.), the number of people occupying the Apartment (within the maximum limit allowed per Apartment) and the type of rate (Flexible, Semi-Flexible, Non-Flexible). The accommodation service rates are per apartment and per specific length of stay (weeks or months) and include utilities (water, electricity and Internet). All bookings, regardless of their origin, are payable in the local currency in the Canary Islands. Additional products and services are not included in the price of the accommodation service. Self-employed or retired applicants must provide last 2 years of tax returns. Income Requirement: Applicant: Gross monthly income must meet or exceed three times the monthly rent amount. Multiple applicants? income will be combined. Previous rental history. If you're moving from out of state, you may need to provide additional documentation.
