Allí se trasladan por motivos de trabajo o estudio muchos de los habitantes de las otras provincias de la comunidad valenciana y de otras partes de España. Pero Valencia capital ofrece, además de universidades y trabajo, mucho ocio y cultura.
Si vas a vivir en Valencia, lo primero que debes hacer antes de escoger piso en alquiler, es escoger barrio para vivir. Si te trasladas a Valencia por motivos de estudios, lo mejor es que escojas una zona cerca de la Universidad y la mejor es precisamente el barrio de Ciutat Universitaria que nació a raíz de la construcción del paseo Valencia al mar (la actual avenida de Blasco Ibañez) y acoge ahora a varias facultades de la Universidad de Valencia.
