Due to its easy access and proximity to the village, it is ideal for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. The interior accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a family bathroom. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The property also has plenty of outdoor space, with a semi-covered terrace where we find a small outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and wood-burning oven. This area is perfect for relaxing during beautiful summer evenings while admiring the stunning views of the mountains, the village of Torrox, and the Mediterranean Sea. From this upper terrace, a flight of stairs leads down to the pool area, where there is also space to relax on sun loungers while enjoying the pleasant climate. The village is less than a 5-minute drive or even a short walk from the property, and access to the house is via a good concrete path. There is space for parking. Traditional village house situated on a quiet street yet just off the main square of the white village of Torrox. It is just a few minutes by car or bus from the coast and the beaches of the Costa del Sol. The entrance to the house is through an air-conditioned living-dining room, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen from which there is access to a bright traditional patio, a bathroom with shower and a spacious double bedroom. The second floor consists of a second living room with balcony, a family bathroom with bathtub, plus two double bedrooms and a small terrace which gives access to the upper level which includes a fantastic terrace with a large sun area.
