I am an asian lady and my husband is a spanish nationality, i want to know if we can move to another house even NOT complete the 1 year contract, but we dont have debts in all months, all paid to owner.

You can only leave the house after 6 months, not earlier. However, a penalty migh have been included in the lease agreement for early termination. All of the above presuming that the lease was signed after June 6, 2013 (there was a law change).
